Country Meadows Retirement Community – Independent Living Apartments Horst provided design management and construction services to Country Meadows throughout the apartment project. One of the challenges of the retirement community construction was dealing with two separate townships for land development and permitting. Extensive planning and scheduling throughout all aspects of the project was a key to the successful project.
