Our Process for your Custom Project

Step 1

Pre-contract is the phase when a client reaches out to us directly (or via an RFP) to devise a solution to a problem or outline a project. 

Step 2

We then get to know the client and their business, their goals for the project and future, and any budgetary restrictions, or other concerns.

Step 3

We develop a detailed budget and scope of work (if one hasn’t been provided) and share them with our client. Depending on the scenario and the project delivery method, we also compile a team of experts including architects, engineers, MEP designers, etc. The earlier we can get everyone on board, the better.

Step 4

Contract is signed.

Step 5

We drive the project forward, advocating for our client along the way to get the project from the design phase to construction in an efficient manner.

Step 6

We manage and construct the project with attention to safety, ongoing business operations, and efficiency.

Step 7

Along the way, we prioritize trust and adhere to an open-book policy, ensuring effective communication across all team members and individuals involved.
