Meadowcrest at Middletown Time-Lapse

In October of 2019, the project team for Vantage Point Retirement Living’s new senior living community kicked off with a groundbreaking ceremony. From there, the construction team began building this 163,000-square-foot facility.

Like so many others in the construction industry at this time, the team at Meadowcrest diligently worked together, rising above the challenges of a global pandemic and historic supply chain issues. Two years after the groundbreaking ceremony, residents began moving in and making this new community their home.

Designed by Kimmel Bogrette Architecture + Site, Inc., this three-story community features 53 assisted living apartments, 63 independent living apartments, and 16 memory care apartments. It also includes a variety of dining options, as well as activity and fitness space to offer its residents a truly enriching experience.

The video above highlights the creation process of this community, showing how the empty site transformed into a beautiful new community, thanks to the hard work of our construction team.
