Accurate and Forward-Looking Preconstruction

A skilled preconstruction team is essential to the success of a project, and that’s something Pastor Kevin Eshleman at Ephrata Community Church found in Horst.

“There was a level of accuracy when it came to the estimations that were in the building. They came to it with a lot of experience, knowing that as they looked at the project and looked at everything […] they could very clearly and accurately say ‘we can build it for this amount of money,’” shares Eshleman.

The Horst team also worked to balance their budget and vision. “They had an understanding of some things that we wanted to do but maybe couldn’t be put in the original project.” Instead of eliminating these items, Horst presented alternates and constructed the building to make these additional pieces easier to add in the future.
