Columbia Cottage at Linglestown

This project marks the fifth Columbia Cottage location, all of which have been built with the Design-Build team of Horst Construction in partnership with Cornerstone Design Architects.

This facility maintains the unique single-story design of previous locations—an intentional model that offers an intimate and homelike setting focused on promoting comfortable social interactions with a resident-focused approach.

The community features spacious rooms, as well as comfortable common spaces indoors and out, including courtyards, gardens, and dining rooms. The project was built on the site of the former Blue Ridge Country Club.
