Lancaster Bible College – Charles Frey Academic Center

The Charles Frey Academic Center represents the most recent collaboration that Lancaster Bible College and Horst Construction have proudly completed over the last 40 years. As the Design Builder, Horst was involved in the initial planning stages to provide critical budgeting and constructability expertise for the 49,500 sf academic facility. The three-story building includes eleven classrooms, six core academic departments, a radio/video production studio, business administration, a real-world technology space, and a large lobby area featuring an ice cream shop.
