Shire, Inc. – Corporate Communications Center/Conference Center

Shire, Inc. selected Horst Construction to complete renovations to several areas of their Wayne, PA office building. The 9,950-square-foot Corporate Communications Center was updated by renovations to two interior spaces, creating open-office areas and state-of-the-art teleconferencing suites. Demolition of the executive suite required temporary relocation of the CEO and staff. In the 13,250-square-foot Conference Center, office space was converted to flexible conference space, catering prep areas, a board room, and four hotel station office areas.
