The Difference Master Planning Makes in Private Ed Construction

New Covenant Christian School needed a new gym, but the construction process presented new challenges to school leadership. That’s when Horst Construction came on board as the master planner, working with the school to develop a project that suited their needs and suited their budget. Throughout the master planning process, the school’s principal, James Hubbard, talks about how the relationship between Horst and New Covenant Christian School grew, and the benefits of that relationship can be seen in the resulting building. By phasing the project, donors and school families were able to see the end goal more clearly, giving the project the momentum it needed to get started.
